Full Collection Rebuild cycle is not getting completed after configuring Oracle Text Search in Conte

 Hi,
I am trying to configure Oracle Text Seach in my content server 11g. I have made the below config changes for it: 

1. Added the below config variables in config.cfg file :
      SearchIndexerEngineName=OracleTextSearch
      IndexerDatabaseProviderName=SystemDatabase
     AdditionalEscapeChars=-:#

2. In activeindex.hda file, replaced index1 to ots1.

3. Restarted the Content Server.

But after making these change, when I start the full collection rebuild cycle, It only shows the state as 'Adding to the collection' and dosen't get completed. 

Also, I have noticed that the component OracleTextSearch is not showing in the Content Server's default components. But as per the Oracle Support (from Article ID 1318032.1), " If you are on UCM 11g, no component is needed as is discussed in the Content Server Installation guide:
