I have an item A in inventory organization org1 with cost 137 usd

the cost is of

material 30

material overhead 20

resources 87

total cost 137

create an inter org transfer to org 2

qty in org 2 of this item is zero

the cost of the item A now 137 and it is material cost

the resource and material overhead cost of this item in org 2 is zero

is this standard functionality?

I am expecting that the resource cost and material overhead will be recorded in org 2 for this item
