Prerequisit for Application Release 9.0 on AIX 7.1

Hi,

What are the prerequisite for installation Application Release 9.0 and TR 9.1.2.4 on AIX 7.1.

I red the doc and find out the below prerequisites

1.    IBM AIX on POWER Systems
Make the following changes to the /etc/security/limits file:
nofiles=1024
nofiles_hard=2048

 2. Installing the en_US Locale
