Error in custom responsibility.

Hi,

We have made a new responsibility named 'TCS ITBA REVISION_NEW' using custom menu 'NEW ITBA MENU LIST' and submenu 'Sub Menu for PP Rev.'

While opening assigned function, error is coming as '<!--StartFragment-->oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:896)'.
