FG Lot cost cannot be costed if one of the component issued transaction for this Batch is un-costed

For OPM Lot Cost method.

We have one FG completed from OPM Batch with Lot Cost Method and there is one issued component is none costed item but just stockable.

After run PMAC Actual cost process and run lot cost process , FG Lot cost can not be calculated .

Log show

"Cannot calculate cost of lot XXX(FG Lot)  because material transaction XXX cannot be costed

Tested by updated that component to be costed and re-lot cost process again , now FG Lot cost is calculated successfully.
