Creating Content Assets Programmatically.

Hello There,,

How to create a content asset of specific definition programmatically ?

For instance, an end user for the website will submit a form of data, which i will use in the back end to create a content asset that
will appear under the specified content tree at the contributor interface.

I did some RND about this topic and i found that the Sample Site (FirstSiteII) have such a functionality. But i couldn't get the point clearly since
there are no enough documentation about it.

Would appreciate any help !
