Need Spanish Language specific patch information – 11i

Hi,

We are on 11.5.10.2. We have a Business requirement from Mexico users to generate the output of few reports in Mexican Spanish language. Could you please provide us the patch information? It would be great if you could also provide us with the impact it may have on other existing technical components/processes/applications?
