Can we mass copy Bills and routings to new org?

Hi,

We have an existing organiation where Boms,routings,deprtment and resources are created. Now we have created new organiation and we are looking for the feature to copy all Boms,routings,deprtment and resources from old organiation to this. This is 11.5.10.

Please suggest, Other than Bills and Routings open interface.
