When we pay the prepayment the status still " Unpaid" and dididn't change to Available

Hi,
When i create a prepayment and pay it . The status of this prepayment didn't pass from Unpaid to available.

We have this issue only when we applied the " Payment Withholding Tax" to this Prepayment.

FYI when we create a prepayment without " Payment Withholding Tax" and when we pay it , the status become " Available"
