Transaction Error: reference not found in My Oracle Support

Hello,

I have one transaction in Error.

Message says:" The Party id 1095867 entered is either invalid or does not exist in the corresponding Party Source Tables."

I did search in

Install Base Transaction Errors Master Repository [ID 1289858.1]

Common Installed Base Transaction Error Messages [ID 856825.1]

notes, with no result.

Does anyone already experienced same or similar issue?

IBtxnerr.sql diagnostic run, but didn't give me further help.

any suggestion appreciated.
