US PAY: Q3 and GEOCODES Patches 2013 - QP / Payroll errors with Signal 11

Good Morning,

 I wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing any problems with processing a full payroll after installing the Q3?  As part of the Q3 the Geocode Upgrade Manager process must be completed successfully or else the payroll process may fail per bug #17413694 included in Q3.  In our case the payroll process is failing - The payroll process is in "error" the output log says "program exits with a -1" and was "terminated by a signal 11".  We have logged an SR with Oracle last wedensday and they are still looking into it, but we know the community as good insight
