RDF 13.3.0 Regular Price Lift

Hi,I am using RDF 13.3.0 GA configuration with the data provided by Oracle for demo purposes.

In the forecast administration-->Advanced settings, I had checked on the boxes Apply Regular Price lift, Apply Regular price Self lift and Halo Lift.

However, when I generate a forecast, the regular price lifts are all zeroes in Forecast approval workbook. 

Can I demo the effects of price lifts with the data provided by Oracle or do I need to include any additional data. Is there any data source I need to provide in any settings?
