User Message not displayed when a Processing Constraint is violated.

 Hello,

We have a need to track changes to the Scheduled Ship date and the reason it was changed on booked orders.

We created a new processing constraint and it is working.  However, the user message is not displayed when the user is prompted to enter the reason code.  Users are concerned that if they make multiple changes before saving, they may select an incorrect reason code.  They want it clear that the reason code is for the Change to the Schedule Ship Date.

Entity = Order Line

Operation = Update

ATtribute = Schedule Ship Date

User Action =  Require Reason and Require History.
