Issue with adding peoplesoft plugin

Hello,

I am getting the following error when I attempt to discover and register all valid PeopleSoft targets for my host in Enterprise Manager (12c).

Error

The cached data required to run this operation has either expired or been corrupted.

Please contact your system administrator if you think this message is in error.

Navigation used: Targets-->PeopleSoft-->Add PeopleSoft Targets.

Initially I am trying to disocver only the PS_HOME using NAMED credentials. Those credentials have been successfully tested from EM.
