Error when placing Order "ORA-20001: APP-FND-01702: An Assignment Does Not Exist for These Parameter

 I have found this same error in Doc ID 1326160.1 and Doc ID 1308394.1. , but the solution not works for me ( i already applied this solution offered in doc ). Anyone have a solution for this issue?
