Can I move LUN from one physical server to another?

I have a production server with multiple LUN's, one of which is used by everyone in my company.  The server (Windows 2003R2 SP2) has a problem with running out of paged pool memory and has yet to be resolved.  I was asked if we can move the LUN that everyone maps to from the troubled server to a new server.  I don't think we can do that but I am new to the technology and not sure.  So my question is, can I reassign the LUN to a new host?
