Looking for 12.1.0.3 Enterprise Manager Patches required for setting up Provisioning, Patching and C

Hi DBAs:
I just installed 12.1.0.3 and set up the software library.  In the prior releases there were additional patches needed for Lifecycle Management.  I'm having trouble finding a 12.1.0.3 equivalent for Doc ID 427577.1

Does the document exist for the new release?  If so, may I request the ID please?  I'm following the steps in the lifecycle document but recall the many patches I needed when I first installed 12.1.0.2.
