Patch 11884002.R12.INV.B failed to generate INVTTMTX.fmx, INVLTENT.pll and INVMTXFH.pll

Release 12.1.3

We tried to apply patch 11884002.R12.INV.B to fix the following issue with the pending transactions -

Error in Inventory Pending Transaction form.
FRM-40105 Unable to resolve the reference to Item Temp_Folder.Transaction_Source_name_db

But, the patch failed to generate INVTTMTX.fmx, INVLTENT.pll and INVMTXFH.pll files and now we are getting a the following error while doing a material transaction -

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item MTL_TRX_LINE.ITEM_SERIAL_TAGGED.

Please find the logs from the patch and suggest us our next steps to fix it?
