Limiting Access to the Party Relationships tab in R12 Customer window in HTML.

HI,

We are working towards R12.1.3 and I have a question on AR for Customers and the 'Party Relationships' Tab in the HTML window.  Is there any ability to make that tab visible and unchangable to specific users?  OR make it invisible to specific users?  THis would be likely be the responsibility access that would limit this.  THanks.
