R12.1.3. Accounting Program Completed in Error

Hi,

We implemented R12.1.3 Payables and went live couple of weeks before. In production we are facing issues with Create Accounting program. When we ran the program in the first two weeks it completed normal and now the child program of 'Create Accounting' ie Accounting program is completing in error with the below error message -

"An internal error occurred.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_ap_acct_hooks_pkg.main.  Technical problem : Error encountered in product API for extract
An internal error occurred.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
