Cancel a requisition in Incomplete Status
I am having an issue with a requisition which is in Incomplete Status. The customer uses AME for requisition approval. The proceess is like this
User creates and submits a requisition -> It is send to the PM for approval -> If PM does not approve, its escalated to Cost center Manager -> If Cost center manager does not approve its timed out and the status is incomplete.
Now what's happened is the user has left the company and the status of the requisition is incomplete. Another person has gone in and copied this requisition to the shopping cart and initiated the approval process again but with a new requsition number.
