Employee-Supervisor Approval (Job)
Hello colleagues,
I am having issue with setup for Employee-Supervisor approval hierarchy.
Setup made are as follows:
1. Created employees in HR module for:
a. REQUESTER, and supervisor assigned is DEPARTMENT HEAD, job is PLANNER
b. DEPARTMENT, and supervisor assigned is CHAIRMAN, job is DEPARTMENT HEAD
c. CHAIRMAN, no supervisor assigned, job is CHAIRMAN
2. Created username for these 3 and linking them to their respective Person
3. Created approval group
- APPROVE 1USD
- APPROVE 100KUSD
4. Assigned the approval group to:
DEPARTMENT HEAD
- Approve Purchase Requisition with approval group APPROVE 1USD
CHAIRMAN
- - Approve Purchase Requisition with approval group APPROVE 100KUSD
5. In Document Types, the setup for Purchase Requisition is as follows:
