Need information about RAC setup

 Hi Team,
Please can any one suggest below requirement.

We had request from client that need to setup new RAC build on new servers.

1. Please can you tell me what are the requirement we need to ask(filesystem,storage,)

2.We need to set up on linux 11.2.0.3 rac but i had doubt for asm filesystem or cluster filesystem?

3. if ASM filesystem, how do we ask disk to storage guys?is this licenced?

4. currently my rac setup is linux grid but cluster filesystem.

                       50G  
/dev/vx/dsk/oradg/oracrs
                      5.0G  
/dev/vx/dsk/oradg/oradata2
                      252G  
/dev/vx/dsk/oradg/oradata3
