Finance Modules Implementration with Bangladesh Taxes

Hi
We need to implement the Distribution and Finance modules in Bangladesh with Bangladesh Localization
Please let me know how to implement Finance and Distribution with Bangladesh Taxes or are there any workaround to implement these modules?
Modules being used are AP,AR,CM,FA and GL along with distribution modules
