EM Reported ORA-00600 Error found in Alertlog

Hello Community,
I have a problem in investigating an error reported by Customer regarding

First some general System information:

OS: Win2008R2 Server SP1 running on VMWare ESX

Oracle: Oracle 11R2 Database Standardedition RAC Version 11.2.0.3

RAC: 2 Nodes



My Problem

I got an email from Enterprise Manager:

EM Alert: Critical: TRPPROD_TRPPROD1 - A general internal Error...

I checked Alertlog which was stating:

Mon Oct 07 00:11:27 2013
Errors in file \ORACLE_DB\diag\rdbms\trpprod\trpprod1\trace\trpprod1_dw00_10116.trc  (incident=28033):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [723], [135776], [137624], [memory leak], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Incident details in: \ORACLE_DB\diag\rdbms\trpprod\trpprod1\incident\incdir_28033\trpprod1_dw00_10116_i28033.trc
