Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. working on finding an efficient solution for keeping copies of Sales order acknowledgments easily accessible

after order is booked there is a requirement to prove to legal by recording request id.

we can obtain requests upto 30 days with request id. Our system does not keep track of request id greater than 30 days.

We need an efficient resolution to store.We have custom SOA report.

We think of recording SOA report to add as a note to Oracle attachments using api.

is there any other better solution than api to store soa copies in oracle referencing sales order.

Can you please share if you have better idea.Appreciate quick reply.
