11gR2 : Errors / Warnings in alert log file

Hi ,

Production database (11.2.0.3 on AIX 6.1 NOARCHIVELOG mode ) has 6 redo log files ( 1Gb each one).

Log_buffer = 25Mb.

During workload period , my alert log file contains this errors / warnings :

1/ Private strand flush not complete.

2/ Redo log switch each 4 min

Is it normal ?
