Alert to warn Contract Purchase Agreement amount is getting exhausted ?

 Hello,
In standard Oracle R12, is there an alert to notify the complete fulfillment of the Contract Purchase Agreement ?

For a contract purchase agreement the amount is not mandatory, however if we set an amount, will the system notify us in case of its completion.
