installation of Oracle RAC 12c on OVM3 using OVM template

We are doing installation of Oracle RAC 12c on OVM3 using OVM template.

OMV3, OL6, Oracle RAC12c

have few questions.. 

- The OS based file systems are based on non-LVM disks. The issue here is we can't really resize/move disks around say from one SAN to another. This means we are kinda stuck w/ what Oracle "thinks" we should have for file systems.   - how to solve this 

- Currently the UID/GID's are not based on our current standard so there "could" be issues w/ NFS mounts due to people not understanding how to set permissions/deal w/ different ones on different systems.
