why Forecast is showing zero Horizontal Material Plan

Hi ,


We are using 11.5.10.2 and using MRP

We have item ABC, Forecast =8 for Oct'13

In Material work bench > Horizontal Material Plan > Forecast is showing as Zero value.

Horizonatal Material Plan has following data 

Gross Requirements  1
Planned orders 4
Total supply 4
Projected available balance 3
Projected on hand -1


Could you please clarify why Forecast is showing zero based on above values?
