1099 reporting for migrated invoices from lagacy system

hi,

we are migrating lagacy payables system into oracle payables.

1) what are the steps needs to consider while converting invoices from lagacy to oracle from 1099 point of view.

2) how to get YTD 1099 reports for supplier for migrated closed invoices in oracle.

3) Do we have to migrate both invoices and payments to get 1099 out of oracle.

Can some help me understand the process for invoices conversion from lagacy system into oracle and how to get the 1099 information for the converted closed invoices
