restore to Test envrionment using rman duplicate with RMAN-01005: not all datafiles have backups tha

I performed following steps to 1). Backup a local standy of production db data.  2). run duplicate from rman to duplicate to the test db.
However it kept giving me following error:
RMAN-03002: failure of Duplicate Db command at 10/08/2013 15:30:17
RMAN-01005: not all datafiles have backups that can be recovered to scn 101622574488
RMAN-03015: error occurred in stored script Memory Script
RMAN-06026: some targets not found - aborting restore
RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 84 found to restore
RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 83 found to restore
RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 82 found to restore
RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 81 found to restore
