output files dropped in $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT with ownership oracle:dba need ownership oracle:oraapps

         How can I ensure custom files created by a custom concurrent request is dropped in $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT with group set to oraapps and not dba? please advise.
