R12: Customer Support Specialist how to default value in Party Information Contact and Relationships

 R12: Customer Support Specialist how to default value in Party Information Contact and Relationships tab 

 

Currently system defaults 'Benefactor', I want to default 'Organization Contact', can somebody tell me if these values are stored in a quickcode?? I guess I need to know the internal name so that I can personalize the page and enter this code as the default value.

Navigation-> Customer support Specialist> Agent Dashboard, create or click on an existing SR, on SR update page click on customer name hyperlink, on Party Information page click on 'Contact and Relationship' tab
