Rejected Budget workflow has to be terminated by the submitter

 Hi,

In the standard budget workflow, when an approver rejects a workflow notification, the submitter gets a notification. Now the submitter has to take action of either resubmitting or terminating the workflow. 

like in 11i, is there an option to remove this step? After rejection, the budget should go in to Rejected / working status directly.
