iSupplier Portal for Vendor registrations

Hi Experts -  We currently have iSupplier Portal implemented in our company, Is there any separate license required to implement Self-service Prospective Vendors Registration ?We currently create suppliers internally and assign them iSupplier responsibility so we like to invite suppliers and let suppliers register themselves as prospective vendors.

Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks.
