Help Translating MPXIO Devices Between Pre-MPIO Devices

When I built out the our first T4-1 server running Solaris 10 (10 1/13 U11), I forgot to enable mpxio which would allow me to use mulipathing between my two HBA's.    I have added several new volumes to this host, mostly ASM RAW (oracle RAC) and I'm worried that the device names will change when I start the service.  It's critical that I match each device up with a link that I created for our DBA so that he knows what RAW volume contains data for a particular database.

The devices currently look like this, this their links...
