Another SSSE question

Hi all

I have another question on SSSE that I cannot seem to find an answer to.  If we create an activity in Siebel, give it a Type of "Courtesy Call", and then add other employees to the activity in addition to the owner, when it syncs through SSSE to the Outlook calendars, in the owner's calendar, the appointment is correctly categorized in Outlook as a "Courtesy Call", (the category already exists in Outlook), but in all the other employee's calendars, even though the appointment was created via the sync, it is not categorized at all.  Can anybody tell me if this is
