BI Publisher causing java process to consume 100% CPU

Hi,

We are using OBIEE 11.1.1.6.7 version. Currently we have created around 15 publisher reports  (burst to region wise and area wise) which are scheduled one after other. The issues is java process is consuming 100% CPU in different scenarios.

1. When more than 1 users working on Data Model at the same time.

2. When more than 1 users open the 'Report Job History' of the Publisher

3. When Publisher jobs are scheduled at the same time

Please let us know if any one else face the same problem and is this an issue with memory leak?  We are facing difficult time to resolve the issue. Your help is much appreciated.
