View Accounts from Bank Branches

In Bank Branches (Cash Management) under Setup for Payments in Payables Manager there is the functionality to "View Accounts".  Should this functionality show all bank accounts used in combination with a specific branch? If not, what is the functionality of the "View Accounts" feature?  If yes, why does nothing apear when I select "View Accounts"?
