Changing the Scenario attribute of ConsolidateYTD from "Y" to "N"

 Hi All,
We have org by period HFM application. We load "periodic" data and have "periodic" scenario. We also have Consolidate YTD attribute as Y.

We handle active and inactive entities through ownership module. When we have entities change the active status in the middle of the year, consolidated values for BS and PL does not show correct numbers with the above scenario settings.

Can you please suggest best way to handle the consolidate YTD option when there is mid year ownership change? Are there any repercussions to existing HFM data, if consolidate YTD attribute is changed in the middle of the year?
