PCP Configuration

Hello Experts,

Have two Middle Tier Nodes and Two Node RAC configured with DMZ.

Recently did PCP configuration in the enviroment.

Versions

Application :12.1.2 Application

Database Version:11.2.0.3


Problem:
Configuration went well and deifined Managers with Primary and secondary nodes
as per Metalink Notes. Profile Options set correctly.

After All these started serices and tested by bringing down CM on Node
but FNDLIBR processes are not migrating to Node2.

Thanks for your quick response.

Can I start CM services on both the nodes?

2.
Could you tell me the Right procedure to test the PCP configuration?
Any Metalink document providing specific details.
