Managing EM agent log files

Two files for my EM 12cR3 agents seem to be growing and growing.  
Entries are appended to $AGENT_HOME/sysman/log/em agent.nohup and gcagent_errors.log as time passes.  Individual logs roll off but these two files just get fatter.

The alert log for for the Oracle database grows in a similar fashion but the related trace files are a manageable size.

My question is this:

If I move emagent.nohup and gc_agent_errors.log into a different location for compression and storage will they get replaced by OEM without intervention from me -- just like the alert log?
