BI Publisher Excel Template - conditional section

 Is there a way to do the conditional section with the bi excel template?  With RTF template, it was easy with <if>...<endif>.For example, i want to display Section A if a flag is set to <yes>.  i was looking at the skiprow but looks like it's only for the row.
what if i want to skip bunch of rows?
