Packing Functionality

Hi,I have came across a requirement. 
Client need to group all the items for one internal customer (but different ship to location) into one container/LPN. So that they can receive the items with one transaction (Container/LPN) number.
Can we use Auto Packing functionality to facilitate this request.
OR can we use LPN to group all items (but different ship to addresses).
