Can we install the OEM on the same host as the target

Hi,
We have a cluster of 3 Linux x86 based x4470s nodes  and want to install OEM 12c.
Each node has 32 cpu and 264 GB and the CPU consumption top at 40 %.

We are wondering if we can install the OEM on one of the cluster node or should we dedicate a separate server for that purpose.

Any comments is welcome.
