CM Report Performance

Hi, We are facing low performance for a concurrent report(GDC_Cash_Receipts3). This report is to print receipts.
We need to print the receipt fast. Report running time is 3 to 5 seconds. CM status pending normal taking too much time.

So is it possible to assign a new concurrent request for this particular report?
or Is there any other solution to Print this report fast?
