Phone and Fax Fields not populated at address level

Hi All,

I am creating suppliers and sites through open interface. All is fine but phone and fax fields are not populated at address level. All other address related fields are populated.

One thing that phone and fax info is coming up at site level but I don't know why not at address level. Screenshot attached.

Can anybody advise please?
