How to restrict number of lines per delivery id

Hi

I am working for an Automotive Customer, Is there any standard functionality available to restrict number of lines per delivery id based on the Customer Ship To site.

Example: Customer A & Ship To Site : 1A, During Pick release and Ship Confirm system should check the Ship To site and create the delivery ID with specified number of lines i.e 5 lines per Delivery ID.
