R49500 calling P49645

How the R49500 batch ship confirm change the shipment status from 25(Approved) to 30(Confirmed).Is it because of the setup in P49645 (option 7 - Override shipment status) alone or also the option - 4 (Sales order status - Confirmed Lines) ?

Also, want to know How R49500 calls this program P49645 . I can see R49500 calls R47500,R47500 calls P4205,how this P49645 called by R49500?

my issue is shipment status not get moved from 25 to 30 sometimes.While processing via R49500. (8.12)
